First, a luxury treatment to revive hands and nails

1. File nails to shape with the UNO file, a perfect file for all nail types, even fragile nails. 2. Spray a little INTENSE MANICURE OIL into the palm of one hand then use to massage around the cuticles. Allow a moment or two for the cuticle skin to soften, then, use the HOOF STICK to shape and tidy.
3. Next apply a little DIAMOND SKIN LIKE SILK on the hands to exfoliate and clarify and bring a fresh new beauty to the skin and leave hands feeling soft, smooth and silky.  Put a little in the palm then distribute the product by 'dry washing' the hands and gentle massage.
4. Rinse off DIAMOND SKIN LIKE SILK with warm water then lightly pat dry.
5. Next spray INTENSE MANICURE OIL into the palm but this time spray enough to deeply massage the hands and lower arm to warm the skin and help release tension.
6. Finish with BEST DEFENCE hand cream - with high levels of sunscreen and moisturisers BEST DEFENCE is like wearing invisible gloves.  Apply frequently to help keep hands soft and protected.

Second, a treatment to help improve the feel and appearance of natural nails

One of the biggest problems for nails is when the nail surface degrades and becomes dry and ridged. The nail looks unhealthy and unattractive and even wearing polish cannot disguise the imperfection. RENOVATE contains Diamond particles that with the DUPLEX buffer help smooth, polish and revive damaged nails while RENOVATE moisturises and coats the nail in a hydrating, water repellent film. This intense nail therapy creates more attractive, beautifully groomed nails and is suitable for both women and men. Use in 2 ways -

1. Healthy nail maintenance - use between nail colour applications or when giving nails a weekly manicure

2. Intense treatment for problem nails - use daily on unpainted nails for 14 days.

How to use:
 
1. File the nail to help seal and smooth and remove any fraying edges. File in long strokes from the side towards the centre of the nail.
2. Refine the nail surface with DUPLEX Refine. Buff lightly back and forth across the entire nail surface. Flakes and nail ridges are reduced and smoothed.  Pay special attention to the tip area where the nail is most prone to damage.
2. Apply a dot of richly moisturising RENOVATE cream to the nail surface
3. Use the finger to thoroughly work into the nail. Massage first across the nail then up and down its length. Nano-particle resurfacing (microdermabrasion for the nails) polishes without leaving visible scratches. Pay particular attention to the tip of the nail.
4. Use DUPLEX Shine to work the cream into the nail surface and bring the nail to a shine. This is particularly beneficial for anyone with very bad cracking and flaking nail tips as it will smooth and help stop flakes catching on fabrics that can then pull flaky nail and cause further damage.
5. For those with problem nails, apply a dot of RENOVATE cream every day and massage in as described. If the nail is badly ridged and cracked then make few strokes of DUPLEX Shine across the nail tip no more than once a day to control flakiness.

After one application the finished nails will feel smoother, healthier, more protected and with repeated applications splits and cracks on the nail surface will appear reduced. If nails are in very poor condition continue to use daily.
