You can - Shape nails - Nails are filed to shape with the multi award winning CRYSTAL NAIL File. The Rolls Royce of files, it gives perfect results and is so easy to use as it is the only file you can use in a back and forth sawing motion without damaging the nail. Note: the file in this kit does not come with the aluminium case. Treat nails - Dull or damaged nails are improved, moisturised and conditioned with RENOVATE Nail Therapy. The DUPLEX Buffer reduces ridges and flakiness to leave the surface smooth and polished, to look and feel healthier and more attractive Treat cuticles - Cuticles provide the frame to the nail. The CRYSTAL NAIL File doesn't traumatise the nail, it glides over the nail edge, turning unwanted nail to dust to leave the edge super-smooth and sealed.
File the nails to an even length and shape. Try to echo the curve of the cuticle in the shape of the tip for the most flattering look. Next RENOVATE. An intense nail therapy, RENOVATE will help improve flaking, fraying, cracked, dull, ageing and unhealthy looking nails. Enriched with 7 Essential Oils and rich moisturisers, it promotes a sleek, healthy and more youthful nail appearance. If nails are in poor condition try an intense 14 day Recovery programme. If nails simply need day to day care follow the Maintenance programme. RENOVATE cream comes with the double-sided DUPLEX buffer (1. Refine, 2. Shine) that helps control a flaky, fraying nail surface while nails are in recovery. Nails - Recovery Programme 1) If nails are ridged, cracked and flaking, commence the treatment with Side 1 (Refine) of the DUPLEX buffer and lightly smooth away flakes and ridges. Pay particular attention to the nail tips. Use this surface only once every 2-3 months, more frequently could weaken the nail 2) Apply a dot of the RENOVATE cream to the centre of a clean, natural nail. Distribute with the finger across the nail then up and down the length. Massage the cream into the nail, especially the tip and sides 3) Next use Side 2 (Shine) of the DUPLEX buffer. DUPLEX shine helps seal in the RENOVATE cream and leave your nails looking healthy and glossy. A few strokes of side 2 (Shine) of the DUPLEX can be used after each RENOVATE application. 4) Use RENOVATE cream twice daily; once in the morning and once before bed until the emergency repair is complete. Nails - Maintenance Programme Apply a little RENOVATE cream to the nails once a day to moisturise and polish the nail surface and encourage soft and supple cuticles. As needed, use a few light strokes of surface, 2. Shine, to keep flakes and catches on the nail surface under control. If wearing nail polish, apply RENOVATE to the cuticle every day and to the nail surface when polish is removed. Cuticles - Cuticles provide the frame to the nail and if they look bad then even if the nails are a good shape and length, the overall appearance will be poor. Cuticles are often dry and ragged when they should be soft, smooth and supple. Apply a small amount to each cuticle and lightly massage to help buff away dry skin. Leave on the cuticles for a few moments to soften cuticle skin before using the HOOF STICK to gently shape and tidy. Use tiny circular movements all around the sides of the nail to remove debris and shape cuticle. Whiten nail tips - If nails need a little extra grooming, a sweep of NAIL WHITE PENCIL under the tip will give them a fresh appearance.
