Shape nails using the DUO File. File straight across from the side towards the centre of the nail, rounding the corners to help prevent in-growing toenails. Add a little SOLE RELIEF to hot-as-you-can-bare-it-water, swish to mix. Submerge feet for 5-10 minutes and relax while the skin softens. Remove feet from solution and pat dry. Apply a small amount of DIAMOND SOLE MATE and massage thoroughly for 1-2 minutes. Wet the hands with water and continue to massage. The scrub particles will change to a creamy consistency as the water dissolves the salt granules. Pay special attention to areas where skin is thickest and driest. Rinse off and pat dry. Buff with SMOOTH YOUR SOLE. Use circular movements to gently remove excess skin, paying special attention to the heels. Rinse and pat dry again.
