Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Orders
We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm your order has been received by sending an E-mail to the address you provided at registration time. Where products are in stock, we aim to despatch your order within 2 working days. Due to circumstances beyond our control, however, this is not always possible, so please allow 14 days for delivery.
Subject to further validation checks that may be made, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us. We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Colour Representation
We have made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet. This means that when you receive products, colours may differ from what you see on the screen. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see the Returns section for more information).
Price Information
HM Marketing Ltd has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices All prices include VAT where appropriate. We operate our own promotions policy. Promotions and prices you see through other vendors do not apply to products sold through Leighton Denny Expert Nails (http://shop.helenmarks.co.uk).

Order & Returns Information
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 0845 8620 515 any time between 8.30am . 6.00pm, Mon - Fri. Please have the order code and date the order was placed to hand. If your products have already been despatched, you will need to follow our returns procedure. See below.
Track your order
To check your order status, click on the Your Account link at the top of the page, sign in and then click Review and cancel orders. You will be able to view the status and contents of any orders that you have made. If your order is incomplete or damaged, please contact us within 7 working days.
Returns procedure
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided:
- We have been notified of the problem within 7 working days of the order arriving at the delivery address. This can be done by telephone, fax or E-mail.
- The product is returned to us within 28 days of the date of receipt.
- It is in a fully resaleable condition, i.e.:
- The product must not have been used.
- The product must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
- The product must be accompanied by a copy of the despatch note or VAT invoice together with the reason for return.
We will only issue a refund on receipt of the returned product. If the returns procedure has not been followed correctly we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange
Once the packaging has been opened on some products, for reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange them unless they are faulty.
Delivery charges
We will refund your delivery charge when have supplied incorrectly, a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Charges and options
If you wish to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address. If your order is heavier than any of our plans allow we will arrange a courier service instead of our usual shipping plans. PLEASE NOTE: Promotional offers of free postage do not apply to addresses outside the UK.
We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All such organisations are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private. We do not hold any credit or debit card account information.

E-mail Marketing Policy
Mailing list
Subscribers to our mailing list will receive no more than 1 E-mail per quarter. This does not include E-mail messages that are brought about through your use of our website or responses to customer questions from our customer services team.
Stock notifications
The stock notification system allows you to track products you wish to purchase which are currently out of stock. Stock notifications help you to beat the rush when ordering items that frequently sell out in a short space of time. When you view a product on our website which is out of stock you will be given the option to request a notification via E-mail when it next becomes available. A temporary notification will send you an E-mail the next time the item becomes available only. A permanent notification will send you an E-mail on every subsequent occasion the item becomes available, until cancelled by you. You can cancel both types of notification at any time from the Stock Notifications section of Your Account. You will receive at most 1 message per day which lists each of the available items. Stock notification E-mails do not count toward the total for the mailing list as described above.
